Terms of Service
Effective September 27, 2026. These terms cover rvdesk.com and the RV Shop Desk app, provided by Supercanic LLC ("we", "us"), an associated product of YourShopDesk.com. By using RV Shop Desk you agree to them.
Who we are, and who we are not
RV Shop Desk is run by Supercanic LLC. It is an RV branded version of the Shop Desk, an associated product of YourShopDesk.com. RV Shop Desk is not affiliated with rvdesk.net or rvdesk.co, which are separate companies. They have no connection to us, we do not speak for them, and they do not speak for us. If you meant to reach one of them, you are in the wrong place.
Our name and logo
RV Shop Desk has been in development since May 2026, and we keep dated records of its development. RV Desk is built on the Shop Desk, which we have developed since March 2026 and whose dated records we keep. The name RV Desk has been reserved with the California Secretary of State as a business name. Our logo, site content and software are ours. Please do not use our logo or content in a way that suggests you are us or that we endorse you without our written permission.
The service
RV Shop Desk is business software for RV owners, rental operators, campgrounds, storage lots and RV technicians. Some features are offered in early access and may change.
Your account
Keep your sign-in private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the information you enter.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you sign up. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel any time, and the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change.
Text messages
If you use RV Shop Desk to text your customers, you must have their consent and follow applicable law, including honoring STOP requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use RV Shop Desk to send spam, break the law, or interfere with the service or other users.
Your data
You own the information you put in. You can export it or ask us to delete it when you leave.
Disclaimers
RV Shop Desk is provided as is. Suggestions it makes, such as labor times or recall lookups, are aids and not a substitute for professional judgment. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Our original features
RV Shop Desk and the Shop Desk it is built on are original works, protected by copyright. Each feature, the day it was first created, what it does and how we built it are listed on our Original Features page, which is part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California.
